I Am Not Becoming ‘Used To’ This Thing

This is the basic human behaviour that whatever we do for a long time we get addicted to that thing. If we exercise daily, it becomes a routine, we read daily, it becomes a habit, we wake up early for some days, it becomes a habit.

But I would like to know if this happens to me, happens to anyone else or not. What can be the solution to this problem? From our childhood, we get scolded for our mistakes or sometimes we know that the person who is scolding us is under pressure or the behaviour of the person is as such. Some people accept the facts and never get bothered again. They acquire the skill of moving on after such incidents.

In my case, what happens is, I know the behaviour of a person. I know that the person is going to respond like this. He/ she will scold me or respond to me in a manner that I would not like. No doubt, the mistake can be mine as well or the mood of the person is not good but in those kinds of situations, I just can’t get over it. It takes too much time to move on. I get instantly red although I already know that this is normal.

So that’s it. If you people have some suggestions or solutions please let me know. If these things happen to you as well then also comment.
