Just “Two” Habits to Change Your Life
We all need a happy and satisfactory life
During morning I was walking alone and I was thinking about many things . I was thinking about how my past days were going . Which were those things on which I could work on? How could I be better on some tasks?What should I do in my future to ameliorate my life etc.
Suddenly, I realised that almost everyday we hear or read about many habits on social media , newspaper or in some magazine . But what is the base of all these habits?What are these two things which can help us to enhance the quality of our life?
I realised that there are two basic things which can work for us. The two habits about which I am talking about are:
Introspection
Implementation
Now what about introspection or more precisely self introspection? I consider it the most significant habit one must inculcate in order to stay progressive. Introspection simply means ask yourself about yourself ,about your life or about the happenings you are facing.You can sit alone somewhere at the end of the day and can do this thing . You can write about the things you want to improve or change in you. You can talk to yourself in front of a mirror as well.
Firstly ask yourself about the problems and then never forget to think about the solutions of the problems. You should try to write down about solutions each time when you get it.
Second thing I talked about is implementation.Whatever we thought and whatever we concluded that what we are going to do must be done by us right after coming to the conclusion. For eg., I introspected that aggression is my problem and I need to change this thing in me. I wrote about it that how can I be polite from now and onward .
Now the main thing starts . If I write about the solution and leave these things on the pages without doing something then it is a waste of time . If that written solution becomes action only then we can change something in us . So try to implement these things and see the change.
This is what I think that how these two habits are base for all other habits and how they can change our life.
