Keep Doing These Two Things When You are Struggling

So that when you get success you can enjoy it to the fullest

These days I am living in an area where I happen to meet each kind of person. Some kids need to study, eat and sleep. Some people need to take care of their home, kids, and everything related to it. There are working people who are either doing some job or doing their own business to earn money for their family and themselves.

There is one major group that gets my attention every time. This group is a “struggling group”. People of this group are working hard to somehow make their career. They are looking for some job or some are working on their startups. Everyone is hustling to get something so that they can at least start from somewhere.

In this phase of struggle we just want to achieve something. We do care about nothing. We want our goal no matter what the cost may be. We sacrifice our sleep, we sacrifice our food, we sacrifice our relations, and to get straight we sacrifice our everything to reach that point which we feel will give us a comfortable life.

It happens to almost everyone. What do we get? We reach our goal maybe. But along with that, we get stress, anger, poor relations, poor health, tablets to take every day, and so on. We again start thinking that this is not what we were admiring.

So what are these two things that can help us enjoy our life and our success completely? These things will also help us to make our whole life better. Let’s see what are these things.

Exercise (Healthy body, healthy soul)

What a boring task! Here we are tired with our whole day’s work and you are talking about exercise? When we shall get the time? How can we get up so early? There are many questions. But when we see the benefits of exercise and we start experiencing these benefits, we make time for exercise automatically. But we have to take the initiative first.

Start from10minutes of jog or stretches or anything and after some time it will become your habit. You will start enjoying it.

It can keep us calm, healthy, agile, and enhance our productivity, and makes our mood better, so, we should do it. There will be hardly a person who is successful and not talk about his health and meditation or any form of exercise. Staying active for a whole day is a different thing. It is very important. But 30 to 40 minutes of movement at a time has its value.

There is no importance of money if we don’t have a fit body to enjoy it if we cry with pain every time and we are dependent on these tablets to stand on our feet.

Eating Habits

I am so busy! Let me take a burger to eat. I am so lethargic! Let me get some coffee. I don’t have time to cook food! Let me order some fast food. Why? We need to take care of ourselves in this early stage so that with money or our goals we don’t attract diseases to deal with. Today we have many data and studies that show how this new way of eating deteriorating our health. Diabetes, obesity, blood pressure problems, and many more.

If we have an option to stay fit and fine then why we are choosing our taste over our health. We have many options. We can pack our lunch. We can get some fruits quicker than any fast food. We can order good food in place of any junk food. We can have fresh fruit juices instead of any cold drink to keep us energetic. Solutions are everywhere but it is upon us that what we choose.

If goof food can make us energetic, efficient, more productive, and full of life with zero effort then why not choose it?

That is all I would like to write and convey. It is a kind of request as well. If we don’t take care of ourselves then we can’t take care of those for whom we are making so many efforts. I hope you liked this article. There are so many things we should care about but after these two things.
