How to Avoid Overeating

Is our life really that busy to not have our meal mindfully?

Do we really need a gadget to count our calories and to know how much we should eat?

Is it possible to get a healthy body without making any efforts?

In this century not just we have become busy with our work but we have made many lifestyle changes so that it has become quite difficult for us to analyse that how to get good health or how to maintain a good health.

well, the answer to all these questions is so simple . Nature has given us a natural power to cure for anything but, we just need to hear the voice of the nature.

Now the next question should be how one can listen to the nature(or himself)?

Here comes the major solution…….whenever you sit to eat in front of your plate ,firstly, make sure that there must be just you and your food , no distraction , no T.V., no mobile phones etc.

Secondly, before eating or buying anything to eat , calm down yourself and ask yourself that is it really good for you or not? You will find that your soul will automatically answer you.

Third thing is , feel every bite of your food it will give you sense of satiation and you will also get to know that how much quantity of food is enough for you .

Fourth and most important thing for nowadays is , are we really eating healthy or are we eating the food that has been advertised to be healthy?

Replace the junk munches with healthy ones.

Along with our diet we should also keep up with our physical activities ,a fit body is a combination of both diet plus physical activity. Try to do some exercise and keep yourself mobile upto a mandatory extent in a whole day.

Although these are easy steps but can take few time and will power to become a habit but keep going it will surely come to you.There is no shortcut for long lasting effects. This thing becomes effortless when becomes ones habit.

At the end of the day don’t forget to tap your back for your good job and have a sense of gratitude for whatever you have.analyse your whole day mistakes and try to avoid them from next day.
